:apint: hi i have a tf125 in my gokart and i dont know witch wires are for the battery even after a few beers still couldnt sus it haha .as i want to put it in does any one know were to get a free wiring diagram from? cheers

Hey you don't need a battery. Is it the version with the CDI box?

i know it doesnt need it but i want to know witch wires they are so if i want to put lights on it i can and i might be puting electric fuel pump on it

Get too that later. Just get it running then you can measure the voltage of the other wires when its running. And you can hook up a battery from there.

running i tested some of the wires and got about 70 or 80 v so was a bit confused it might just be high due to no load i all so want to know what wires do what on cdi so i can fit aftermarket cdi on it

going to port it out i have managed to get jenning's two stroke tuners hand book im all so going to get a ts125 barrell which do 9,000rpm so shodnt be hard to get another 1,000 out of it iv heard of people geting 14,000 any truth to that? cheers

Wiseco should list an 'adequate' piston.

The std flywheel will break the crank off the web if you spin it to 11000 regularly.

Got a spare $5M?


Or you could just do an engine swap with a RG150.....or the honda gp bikes 125

Wiesco kit will cost you $$$ - Kelford cams will sell you the kit I imagine

i will be doing all the work my self bar a couple things ill get done a machine shop if you know of a rm250 for $200 let me know!!

perfomance tuning by Graham bell so just reading that and jennings befor i get to carryed away

does anyone know how little tollarance i can have for the clearance for the piston rebore? i know the standed is 0.05mm i was hopeing to get it down to 0.015mm??

Wiseco will state the suggested clearance, forged pistons require a bit more. Aircooled motors need a bit more than watercooled. Tightness won't equal more power, it is the rings that seal under pressure.

Any bike shop will get in Wiseco, they are distributed by Whites or Sportpro I think. Price likely to be ~ same as std.

thank you i was considering watercooling my head but it will be a when i get around to it job as i dont have alloy welder etc
