Auckland was pretty wet at 9:30am this morning. It's been coming and going all day but it has been becoming lighter and the clouds are slowly starting to clear.

Always thinking with your box. Yeah it was bucketing down here earlier. Usual lake forming front and back lawns. Had to delay taking my daughter to daycar coz we'd get drenched through just from the door of the house to the car! This time of year sucks.

Yep, has been torrential up here all arvo, just stopped. It will be good for all the plants I stuck in at the weekend though. Also experimenting with air plants and have tied them to the tree ferns in our garden - they need a bit of humidity apparently.

Heinous here in Welly and I hear that we have all three lanes of the NOrthbound section of the Ngaranga gorge covered in oil slick to top it all off

Well I can't leave it behind now can I!?! :stupid:

Sorry is all our fault, has been raining here since last week & then there were these winds, that like just kept blowing over it the ditch & into your front yards. So, again, sorry for our collective wetness.
Oh & I've been told you stole our dust last week....:girlfight:

Hey slofox, yeah, the mound is pretty moist around here. Still owe you some pics of the view, don't I. ;)

I am really sorry if your mail was delivered in an unacceptable wet state yesterday.
The CT110 doesn't have an AUX power adapter for a warm air dryer.
What a nightmare!

I know, it sucks when you miss out! I love stormy weather. The bigger the lightening, the louder the thunder the better I like it! I am mad enough to get up in the night and watch them when I should be sleeping
We have no rain at the moment, it is looking like that storm is going to miss us completely tonight, though it was shaping up really well
Got the hell lightning, immediately followed by overhead thunder that made me jump  at work this afternoon, was pretty amusing for a while but cleared.
