Just been up to 277 Broadway shopping centre and there are a bunch of hippys out touting for money for the World Wildlife Fund.
Now, I don’t mind people giving their money to help conservation of the animal kingdom. I have spent many a night drinking in the Oxford Arms in London and you should see the animals in there…..
Anyway, as I said, don’t mind these people collecting money but what I DO mind is when they jump out in front of you and stop you in your tracks then hassle you to talk to them. However, I always see these kind of incidents as an opportunity to take the piss, conversation went something like this:
“Good afternoon sir, I’m with the World Wildlife Fund, have you got a minute to talk?”
“No, not really”
“Sir, we are raising funds for blah de blah de blah de blah……”
“Did you say you were with the WWF?”
“Yes sir, that’s correct”
“Well, those wrestlers earn enough already so they can fuck off, aint getting none of my money…”
The lady didn’t laugh as I walked off, no sense of humour eh….
Have a go yourself, they will be at 277 Broadway, Newmarket all day…

Some people don't really understand the causes they support eh?I mean it's like you really need to work out what your cause is about, and who might get annoyed if you ask for donations.

Just been up to 277 Broadway shopping centre
I was distracted by the bit that followed, but the magnitude of this opening statement has just hit me.
