I haven't but seeing you a Honda man.....do you know anywhere to get a second hand 05 CR250 radiator fin?......$90 for a new one

the plastic bits?

i binned mine, and a mate binned his too lol.

my advise is bin your 2nd one as well, spend $200 and get some devol braces that have it incorperated into their design.

new radiators are not cheap!

Bummer....never mind,i'll let my mate know that:s the way to go.....he already bent the radiator

east toledo honda in the usa did me a good price on a new 1, heaps cheaper than getting them here- 50% less

i have a manual that go's up to 05, dont know if that helps!

that will do, engines are the same i think- or the same enough for the diagrams to make sence to my mate

i may have a manual for my old 06 around my olds somewhere

im not sure what section he;s after.... the section relevant to when the front sprocket output shaft bearing shits itself, then fucks the casing, spits oil out, metal filings come out of the gearbox, and the rear wheel locks up probably damaging everything inside the box in the process.....

Ahh yea if it asks for credit card details then common sense should kick in, you can find the manual for anything these days on the net via google just may take some time and play around with the wording...
