KLX vs DRZ plastics question

Are the DRZ 400 plastics interchangeable with the KLX 300's?
as the part numbers seem to match from the acerbis sties..unless its an error?

isnt the klx400 exactly the same bike as a drz400? apart from being green

KLX300 plastics are different,

however DRZ400 and KLX400's are the same
