I thought I gave him one, has he worn it out already??
I'm fairly certain they're easy to come by, Richards MC and Boyles usually have them in stock, have you tried them?

428 or 420 chain, if your totally stuck, try Team ESE, the GP ones have the same spline I think, also I will check at work tomorrow, to see whats there.

I will pull my sprocket off and chuck it in the toolbox in case you don't get another in time.

Bike 14 from Team ESE will have some spare 428 sprockets in all the larger sizes and a locking plate and bolts if you need them. Team ESE will be in one of the garages.

Suzi stuff is a different spline.

unless there is a super big rear spocket 17, 16 & probably 15 will be too big. Taupo isn't that long.

Nop.....just tried one of our sprockets on a MB100 and it fits but unlike the Suzi's which use a nut and lockwasher the Honda use a locking plate and two 10mm bolts to secure the sprocket, the Honda sprockets must have two 10mm bolt holes, and generic sprockets usually come with these bolt holes. In the spares box there will be spare set of sprockets from 13-17 if Sketchy Snr needs to borrow one.

Well that is weird as all buggery! Other suzi stuff like my RG & TS doesn't fit, the Honda stuff is smaller. . . . hmm, I'll stop right there & consult the JT book I have near my desk.

yeah you're right. Sort of. Yes it will fit. The MB & the GP (or RG) have a 4mm spline.

But the difference is the MB is 17mm across the flats where the Suzi stuff is 20.

You won't be getting full engagement of the splines.

Ok...I put my glases on and tried a JTF425-14 sprocket on a GP125, perfect fit, Honda SL/XL100 perfect fit, RG50 good useable fit but splines could be a little deeper, Honda MB100 sloopy fit. Use only if desperate. Your right F5, Suzuki GP sprockets aren't any good for MB100's but they will fit SL/XL100's, odd that......

It seems that Team Sketchy ( Glen and Skunk ) have things in hand so thanks to everyone and see you at Taupo.:2thumbsup

Yep, a DS80 rear sprocket has been found for the bike - so if all else fails we have that.

Dave - the Bucket was at the rev limit in top at Manfeild everywhere... it really does need to change ratio to make full use of the power it's got.
