Nothing more fun than pitching up for a ride, and seeing another 4 bikes identical to yours aye? (well... some must find that fun evidently).

My 08 is doing just fine... nothing better out there yet

You would have to think that they could be a bit more radical rather than just the same old copy of last year or werse some one elses

Just a thought, but have you considered how much it actually costs a manufacturer to redevelop a new model? Millions.

It's simply not economical to build a new bike each year. Frankly, I'm amazed they do it every two years with the sports bikes.

I understand this point only since the 99-2007 busa were much the same bar some electronic changes along the way the 2008 was a let down of sorts.
I gess im looking for the prodotype from 07 to hit the streets more space age than old age face lift

Would have thought about a new ZX14 but there is no change for the MY 10 model, just colours... Must say the Titanium silver and black limited edition does look really smart though.
I'm gonna bling mine and get Robert Taylor to suss out the suspension rather than change bikes this year.

did that in 2008 added pipes /powercomander and other bits and peaces dident want to mess with the paint until something happens to it .
might look at softer pillion seat for trips

Google "Sargent motorcycle seats" and have a look in there, Owl has one on his Speed Triple and rates it highly, I'm pretty sure they'd do a pew for the 'Busa. Exquisitely made too, look like a million bucks..

After very recently test riding the 09 CBR100RR and 09 GSXR1000 you have to question where the development money goes. 'Different' is not only not better than the current model but sometimes actually worse!.......The K6 was a break through model, and the current load of UJM's are not measurably better on the road for the average punter.

How is every one doing on the upgrade for 2010?

A new bike is only an "upgrade" if it isn't one that is distributed by Triumph New Zealand Ltd.

You forget that there is a good portion of morons out there who read the specs in the mags, and believe they will be faster than their mate, because the bike is 500g lighter and the compression has been raised by half a point... :baby:
