It reminds me of a flatulent heading dog a neighbour had when we were kids. It was prone to epilepsy and flatulence. It was a lovely thing and particularly fond of children and, as luck would have it, farting. Being in Flossie's presence, preferably in a confined space, during a bout of rapturous flatus, was a strangely euphoric experience. Now I know why.

It was a rumor spread on the former site totse.com, where a user (pikwik) posted a picture of himself "using". This was however nutella and water.
Eventually the sherif's department in a city (can't remember where) posted notices saying "watch out for this shit" and then there was this big media frenzy (youtube it) and then a south park episode.
