Perhaps the Judge got this one right……………..has that occurred to some…………. or is it just plain old fashioned jealously that is masquerading as self righteous indignation because some guy dipped his wick in lush fourteen year old?

Maybe you get smart arsed lawyers (I know it's their job) that argue that a similar punishment should be handed out to this guy, because a 36 year old woman did it last year. I'm not saying it happened that way... but don't you cite other underage sex cases when defending your client? (Out of my depth, feel free to correct me)... if that's the case i'd be very dissapointed...

I don't think they cite sentance of other trials in court. Case law yes if the lawyer bvelives it is relevent to the case. Sentances may be discussed in chambers as is anything the Judge or lawyes believe to be relevant.
