Hey,

Bike's been on sale for a while, but ended up getting unsatisfactory offers. So I figure if I'm going to sell it for so cheap, might as well have some fun doing it - so I'm going to take a risk and chuck it on for a dollar reserve auction on trademe.

Yeah JimO - always a calculated risk when you do a $1 reserve auction though. Have added comment in the auction saying bid = buy :)

Yep :) The only person who made an acceptable offer was sshards, and unfortunately the bike was already on trademe by then. If he wants it I'm sure he will bid :)

Just added that "leochang (http://www.trademe.co.nz/Members/Listings.aspx?member=3247480)" guy to my black list. If you check his feedback http://www.trademe.co.nz/Members/Feedback.aspx?member=3247480 , you can see that he's bid on a scooter and not gone through with it. Same with a LCD TV.

Yep - small world huh? It's all done now, thanks for the interest guys. Now I just hope the buyer goes through with it. I mean, as tidy as my bike is, I would insist on seeing it bike before making a commitment.

Ok $1 reserve buyer was a no show. But I ended up finding another buyer and all is well now. Bike went for $7800 to anyone that's interested. After it sold, I got a call from some dude keen as to buy it :rofl: funny how that works isn't it?
