The local weekly rag screened an ad I had underneath another ad for a room for rent - had heaps of people calling/texting me about this room (People, can't you read???). Finally got sick of fielding all the calls so decided to have a little fun....
Note I did not have a room for rent, just taking the piss outta people
Text: Can I see the room tomorrow morning?
Me: Yeah sure, do you know where it is? Hey one thing I didn't rite in the ad for the room - you gotta be 420 firendly. Is that all g?

Me: Yeah room for rent in the lakes weekly. Are you okay if we smoke pot, marijuana, ganja, you get me?

Me: Ok its in a warm sunny spot, do you know by Queenstown? It is 100 a week. Also one of my flatmates has pets, is that ok?

Me: Are you sure? I really need a flatmate. I can tell the other guy to keep the pet outside. And I can lower price to 90 per week. Please I really need a flatmate
Me: Is that ok? I could maybe do for 85 per week, includes all bills. Please I need another flatmate. The other guy who lives here gets violent when he is drunk and I need someone else here to help me. Please say yes, it is a lovely house with big 42" tv
