This is from an Australian snake-oil site, the blurb is advertising a magic device that will among other things, has been tested to reduce fuel consumption on a H-D Fatboy by 17%. It sounds like you glue these special magnets to the outside of your fuel tank.

You have to use at least 5-6 tanks before you can see any improvement (3-4 tanks then change oil - then another 2 tanks to see any improvements in fuel economy) in the 30 day money back period. 6 tanks in the falcon is about 3000km's so need to drive 1000k's every 10 days maybe less if you take freight/installation/uninstallation time into the equation. Sounds a bit like the bullshit fuelstar advertising to me. If it worked the car companies would probably make it OEM on all cars.
