Does anyone here supply a quick turn throttle system or can recommend someone who does?
Cheers.

Don't all bikes come standard with a quarter-turn throttle?

Been looking on the net and different references have been 1/4, 1/5 Quick throttle...
End of the day I'm after a short turn throttle for an 04 R6.

I am sure if you find the dedicated R6 forums there will be plenty of people that have investigated the options. For instance the K6-9 gixxer 600's can get to I think 1/6 turn if you get a 06 R6 tube and slightly modify the housing. It is usually just a matter of trial and error.

No we fucking don't
They're available as aftermarket bits, any 1/2 decent bike shop should be able to get one in

I have enough trouble keeping a steady setting with the standard gixxer throttle. Any quicker and I'd be all over the place...

I was going to suggest the same. It's probably the cheapest option too.

R6,s & R1,s tend to have one of the best "short throw" throttles......... it is common to change other bikes to yamaha units (my 675 has an R6 unit)
Saw a unit advertised in one of the NZ bike mags (Domina was the make i think) with interchangable cams.

It's pretty easy, either pinned against one stop or closed.

Just head into your local friendly bike shop and ask them to get you a Domino one from Eurobike Wholesale

That would probably hurt slightly less than a slapping with a wet bus ticket :finger:
