This is a RACE/TRACKDAY bike.
This bike in its current form has never been ridden.
Its not being used so best to pass it on to someone who has the time to ride it.
I had this bike built for me from scratch. Its a race prepped GSXR600k7. My current business commitments mean I wont be racing or doing trackdays in the foreseeable future. Not unless I can clone myself.
The engine is stock but has been setup for sports production rules.-Its got a great spread of power without being fragile.
Its fitted with an Ohlins rear shock setup by Crown Kiwi Technical for a 80kg rider. The front suspension is set up with race tech internals and has been reshimmed and oiled to suit by Crown Kiwi Technical. and again has been setup to suit 80kg. The fairings are a full set of Race fibreglass. Its fitted with case savers which are a lot better at protecting your bike than oggie knobs. Its also fitted with solid protective caps over the adjusters for the front shocks.double bubble screen.Harriss rearsets and a quality aftermarket pipe and has been setup for it.
It comes ready to race. complete with front and rear stands, spare wheels fitted with a new set of Metzler racetec tyres (the wheels fitted are half worn pirelli's) ,spare brake and clutch levers.
Basicly Throw your race numbers on and go racing.
It seems a total waste of a really good bike for it to sit on my work bench gathering dust.
Priced now to sell at $10995

Dang if it doesn't sell at this price I'll be "forced" to keep it.
And I can't discount it either
I really am "trying very hard" to sell this bike guys.

Damn mate looks like you're going to be forced into keeping it. You did the right thing though by at least trying to sell it, you've done your best but it might be time to just admit that you'll have to hold on to it for a while longer.

Why do I feel like a Tui now?

"Honest, honey. I've advertised it and everything. I blame the GFC"

NO NO NO --it must be for sale. Currently I have one person showing intererest but they want a test ride. I guess I'm "forced" to take it to a track to demonstrate the bike.

Best to keep it Tony, I had to near give my SBK away for 3.5k less with full Ohlins, warmers, rims etc.................

While its in your shed its not costing $$ and will be there when you decide to ride again.............

Hi Frosty
Any interest in swapping for my GSXR 600k6? It is a stock street bike[with HEL braided lines, done only 6100kms? It was used on the track for the first 600kms of its life, but is a very tidy unit that has been carefully maintained. Reg on hold atm. Might be more easily saleable than the track bike? Pm me if interested?

I havnt,is that on TM? However, if that is Dom Js "investment" 600 then I believe a bit of the fruit off it has found its way onto Cams bike. Can you send me the link if you have a chance. Cheers

Ok I probably should get serious about selling this bike.
It will sell as a full ready to race setup. So perfect for the winter series.
I'm actually serious about selling it now.

Given that you're selling it Frosty, how fucked is it really?

Why doncha ask the guys that built the bike?--Lemme see -First theres Rob Taylor -who built both front and rear suspenders. Then theres Shaun Harris who built the bike.
Gosh I supose ya could ask Billy too--he made the plastics.
The bike hasn't even had the engine run since it was finished being built.
But are ya actually interested in buying the bike or just out to shitstir?

And if yer really wondering why I'm selling it feel free to gimme a yell.
