Rental accommodation available in Lower Hutt?

Does anybody have a lead on decent rental accomodation in Lower Hutt? My mate is keen to find something for him and his partner.

So why am I spruiking for him on here?

Not only is he a good bloke, but he's the Parts Manager at a bike shop . How do you say "fringe benefits"........?

What sort of accom he after? The flat next to me, our old flat (just down the road from TSS) is vacant. Bad points:

It's a small one bedroom flat
It's next door to me
There is no garage, only a small shed
Its in a block of 6


Good points:

CHEAP @ $190 per week
Awesome landlords
10 mins walk to the pub
5 mins walk to TSS, Bus stop and train station
Excellent location
