Flatmate wanted for Kapiti Coast (Paraparaumu Beach)

Current flattie is vacating first week of June, so need a replacement. Nice sunny Dble room (could hold a queen bed) in house one street from the beach (lovely seaviews). Garage for one or probs two bikes. Just myself and daughter and we both work later hours. Must like cats as we have a few and would prefer someone with no drums, elactric guitars or girlfriends with toilet paper obsessions. Rent neg. PM me if ya interested

Bumping thread as we are still looking now flattie has finally found a new place to live.....looking at rent around $130 - 150 per week. We also have spareroom set up if you have kids part time (as long as they are house trained)

2. No, my kids are not lovely. But yeah, theyre mine, so I tolerate them.
3. Cant believe it takes soooo long till they hit 16 and can get he hell out of my home!
