If he still had it wound on when the rear left the ground, and kept it wound on. It would have touched down again going waaaay faster than matching ground speed, possibly causing it to kick out?

The Video does not show the massive chamber change in that piece of road

You will notice he is about in the middle of the road, that is a big part of the problem as that is where the massive chamber change is, another few feet to his right would have helped 90%

Rates as one of the less likely saves I've seen, whatever caused the problem.

Whatever happened to "get the shot at ANY cost..?" He should have put his life on the line for a shot like that (he says from the safety of his computer chair...)
