I really like the idea but how much would be needed to offset an 80g rimlock?

Actually, I wouldn't mind trying some in the road wheelset with the Shinko 705's. Especially on the DR.

Dyna beads..LOL..
Thats a fancy name for sand...
old machinest trick..
A bottle would be a very easy thing
to bring into balance as there is "no"
other forces working on it...

don't beleave a 100% of every thing yer see..
even thow these may work better than sand..

I sell this stuff in the trucking industry, Scania twin steer trucks love it, its the only way they balance and get no steering shudder.
its been around for years http://www.counteractbalancing.com/
COST ABOUT $45 per pack 1 pack dose a 11r22.5 truck tyre with 285grms
wouldn't fit to a bike unless you want a hard ride , a bit like riding on a hacky sack

Most who have used them swear by them.
Bike a bit rough, pour in 5-10g of dynabeads and take for a ride and notice an immediate difference.

Wouldn't it wear the tube/inside of tyre away eventually?? so you'd be smooth but have a flatty after few km's
