Or possibly just Auckland.Anyone just watch that shit,Hoda civic with Mitsi plates/Mazda rego towing a trailer with no towbar instead the hatch was opened and drawbar stuck inside the bloody car:woohoo:the hooded one said "if i went slow enough along the motorway it would be ok".Am not a great fan of much on TV but recently have made a point of watching said show for a giggle. With some of the stuff ive seen on that show i can only say those that ride bikes up there are braver than me.

There's a shitload of Toyota Previas up here adorned in Samoan & Tongan national flags at the moment, must be for the World Cup. Either that, or they really are taking over.

Like the bozo who was a passenger in a car and had just been given his third ticket for not wearing a seat-belt who said "Ah, I don't wear it 'cos I don't plan on having a crash" WTF he was the PASSENGER:gob: - and did he really think everybody else that wears seat-belts only does so because they DO plan on having a crash???:weird:
I guess I've given him too much credit in that I used the word 'think'.

I'm pretty sure these are a couple years old.
:Offtopic: The one that got me was that Ausie RBT (road-side breath test). Couple of claimed ex-NZers (I think they were actually ex-Aucklanders) get pulled up, dude over limit & the chick starts going on about how they used to drink-drive all the time in NZ & it's just accepted (almost made it sound allowed) here. Stupid bitch, Guess Muldoon, was it? was right, people going to OZ "raised the average IQ of both countries"

They need to keep this police t.v show i.e motorway patrol, on air to teach people whom watch these shows on what not to do when driving and mayby with some luck they will bring a police motorcycle onto the show every now and then using a mounted cam to show what part they do to help with law and order. Keep up the good work you :Police:

Yep, the Motorway Patrol ones are repeats SS but still good though.
The Kiwi bimbo was un-bloody-believeable, what a great advertisement for NZ!

Did you see the episode of Police 10-7 where the guy from Dunedin was speeding in a van which was full of sheep and the cop who pulls him over says "Why have you got so many sheep in the van?" and the driver says "Well it was dark when I loaded them and I didn't want to get an ugly one so I took the lot".

And ... after seeing that on tv ... it would confirm at this stage ... NZ is NOT a police state.
Otherwise a Glock would be presented in their face ... and the cop would be quite happy to USE it ... with no recrimination against him ... or the police force in general ...

Yah ... cops on camera doing nasty shit ... doesn't happen ... yeah right ... :killingme
It's when Joe citizen is either to scared to make a complaint ... or knowing a complaint on any cops actions ... will be totally ignored/dismissed ... will the police state be in force ...
And if you really want bad state policy ... try Martial-law states ... I don't think you'll like THAT at all ...
And "playing up to the camera" by those punks ... just wouldn't happen in ANY Police State ... it would result in a few months in prison "awaiting trial" ...

The Auckland police rider who took me out for my IAM observed ride last Sunday said a truck driver took him out while he had his lights on in daylight, hi viz etc. Then had the cheek to say "Sorry mate, didn't see you". "Right, that will be careless driving too sir...."

Motorway Patrol was just a selection that could of been gathered anywhere.
I drive all over this country every week,,,an those clowns are everywhere.
Mind you,,,there's been two guys on bikes that really shitted me,,,both Triumphs FFS.
One was a T160 Trident coming off the AK harbor bridge well over the speed limit.
First off the guy calls the cop a cunt an trys to say the cop was just selecting British bike riders.
Then as the camera pans around this absolutely spotless bike,,the number plate is covered in mud:facepalm::facepalm:FFS mate,,give us a break.
Then there's the guy with 9K in outstanding fines that uses his mates credit card to pay on the side of the road, reckons he can't afford to pay himself,,yet he owns a 10-15K bike,,,WTF.

Don't you think each of us is responsible for working on changing things even if it's in a small way. Perhaps for example by supporting each others posts or steering people the right way instead of slagging off. Slagging off just detracts from the cause of solidarity and it's from solidarity that action starts.

I very much doubt I am the FIRST to slag off fuckwits ... and to support them ... or any that gives encouragement to them ... goes against the grain a little ...
A knee-jerk reaction by a politician ... should not always be followed by a knee-jerk reaction by motorcyclists ... heat of the moment things that often end badly.
I would like to see those responsible for their actions ... are HELD (and BE) responsible for their actions ... self policing may then occur ...
Those that don't care ... usually ... never will ... and NO amount of protest will change that ...
To argue for the sake of a good arguement ... whilst often good fun ... seldom gets results without a valid arguementive reason for rebuttal ...
Sadly ... solidarity is not one of them ... in my opinion ...

I would like to think ... that the clever, witty, law abiding citizens that appear (often with considerable fee's paid ... by them ... later) see themselves ... for the fuckwits they are ... and make some effort to change. Even BEFORE all the people that KNOW them ... give them stick for being such a fuckwit ...

I lived in OZ and worked with only Australians for a year, when I came home I saw the news and realised that we have a really crazy sounding accent. It's a cross between Australian and South African
But I agree....the Ozzy accent is pretty Fugly.
