Done close to that ...

Broken side mirrors (more than once)

Once punched a dumb woman through her open driver's side window ... she did something stupid, I cruised up alongside her window and gave her the finger .. she wound down the window and swore at me - so I whacked her ... (we were still moving) ... left hand straight out ... the man in the passenger's seat was just about climbing out of the moving car in fear of the big 1%er ... (heh heh)

A car once cut off several of us riding in close formation .. then it stopped at the lights at the top of the Ngauranga Gorge (not sure if the lights are still there) .. we wiped out both wing mirrors .. both radio arials (poser) and a light or two ...

I once put my left boot into the door of a car that cut me off round the Basin Reserve (Wgtn) ... came from right lane, across my front and out on left lane ... had a dent and big scratch on the driver's door from my left bike boot .

'Course in a court of law I deny everything ..

Pix or it didn't happen (in anticipation) .. Yeah? How stupid do you think I might be ...

Wouldn't have seen this video if I was driving the car. My foot would have 'slipped' off the clutch when the big bad biker frightened me, and then I would've run over his bike. Several times. I recommend parking your bike somewhere the driver can't get to it before doing this, ideally bail them up whilst they're stuck in a line of traffic at the lights :innocent:

Ive been through that stage. removed a handfull of wing mirrors, dented a couple doors. I did thump a guy through his open window for spitting on me once. Nowadays, I have anew approach.

Wait till youre at a red light, and lane split up beside the offending vehicle on the left hand side.wait till the light goes green, then quickly reach over and open the left rear car door, and take off.
The offending car has to put it in nuetral, put the handbrake on, get out of the car, navigate all the way around it in traffic to shut the left rear door, all the while people are honking and yelling at them, then go back around the car, and get back in, by which time, the light has usually gone red again.
It doesnt do any damage or hurt anyone, but its a real fuck off. and theres really nothing they can do about it either.

Agreed,
If he was been a legal beagle then I would have agreed haha,
Iv broken wing mirrors and brake lights.

I had a boy racer come onto my lane on purpose so I done a U turn and rode his bumper into town, he turned off and I went the long way round the block and managed to cut him off, Lets say some things got broken.
I get terrible road rage, unless I was doing something illegal to begin with, in which case, its the pot calling the kettle black, so whats the point.

Case by case of course. Some, seems most!, drivers are asleep at the wheel or have their minds on anything but driving and cruise along oblivious until something happens to wake them up.

The guy is clearly speeding AND has some major anger issue's, not the way to deal with it at all.
Personally I just let it go...after all THEY are the ones who have a half ton "weapon" at their disposal....Imagine the outcome if the car driver had the same anger issues and lack of self control...it would get messy fast. (a car vs Bike argument can ONLY be won by the car!)

What that biker should have done was go to the drivers door and told that 76 year old lady what he really felt.

You obviously don't know my type at all. I sarcastically called you tough - thats pretty well evidenced I reckon from your comments. No snap judgements there.

The comment big 1%er and (heh heh) and the guy climbing out of the window to get away implied that you were being tough and/or thought it was funny to punch the woman.

If you had show remorse or regret for it then I wouldn't have commented. Congratulations on turning things around now though.

I feel very strongly about men assaulting women. I take your point about your father and I concede that it may be hard to break the cycle of abuse, but it is only a contributing factor, not an excuse.

1984 was fiction but it was also commentary on the world state of affairs. Its relevancy was to 1948, the idea that so many took it to be scifi and becoming increasingly likely shows how little has changed.
Then there are all the works like Animal Farm and Lord of the Flies, even Plays like The Importance of Being Ernst, whilst all fiction were ways to make comments on society that would other wise be considered unpublishable.
This is now the nursery rhymes started, but that would get me started on how wrong it is to PC traditional rhymes.

OK People ... been away on urgent family business .. otherwise I would have responded a couple of weeks ago ...

First of all - apologies to Maha ... my illiterate comment was uncalled for .. no excuses ... complete apology.

Deano .. I took a day to respond because I took that long to decide I wanted to respond .. innitially I thought DILLIGAF .. then I was pissed off enough to respond.

I won't retreat from my original statement. If many of you think it reads like bragging .. well tough. I wrote it as a statement of what I did - no bragging ... no shame ... shit happens in all our lives and all our shit stinks ... we either accept that or not ...

Well put. Life has a tendency to throw shit, I'm sure we all have done stupid shit and have regrets. And we all get older and wiser, well, older anyway.

(heh heh)
