Box of magazines, pick up Hamilton. Approx 50 magazines. I got them free off another kb member (can't find the original post) I think someone wanted dibs, if I find out who that is, it's theirs otherwise fair game.
Along with attached jacket. All free 319025

Boots are still here. They are still good condition and I would still wear them if I didn't buy a new pair for a South Island trip.

I have a set of old StylMartin Road Race boots here. They've had a bit of a hard time and gone down the road a fair few times. The right boot's shin guard is pretty fucked up from me getting mashed by the bridge at Wangaui, but still better than no boots for someone starting out riding on a tight budget. I have very dainty feet, so almost chicky size. Euro 42, I wear a 7-8 shoe. Free to a good home...pic 'em up at Boyle Kawasaki, or I can courier them to ya if you're out of town.

What is your budget? I would buy a brand new helmet and make sure it fits properly. But if you don't mind shipping stuff back til you get the right size then fc moto is a good site with cheap prices.

I have a helmet, more looking for boots, pants and gloves. I'll check them out :) I got my jacket from 1tonne, which was great, but Im thinking I need to go somewhere and try stuff on first-someone mentioned there's a good shop on barry's point road? Also, does fc moto tend to be true to size?

There's cycletreads and all of the other bike shops to check out.
I don't know. Never bought anything from them as I have everything I need except Kevlar jeans which seem to be hard to find something that are stylish and not 500 bucks. They have a pretty good return policy so I would give it a go.

It could do with a decent airing as I think it has been stored for quite a while, but apart from that looks in pretty good condition.
Jacket XL, Pants L (inseam ~33") and 2LXL (inseam ~35"), Gloves L, Boots 45. Jacket and pants all have the inner liners.
PM me if you want to have a look.

I can not see me getting another bike and with a possible shift coming up sometime I am clearing out my gear.
It is all give away stuff and I am not interested at all in finding out postage costs etc, this is pick up only or forget it. :nono:
I live in Te Awamutu so if you are keen and local, a good chance to pick up some used gear for zilch.
I'll start with the helmets. The HJC R-PHA-10 is well used. Never been in a fall but the inner padding needs replacing. This has been my main helmet and I will probably bin it. There is a tinted visor that has been used twice. Size M 57.
The Zeus is a M 57, rarely used, heavy but comfortable.
The open face helmets, the FFM is clean and unmarked. The HJC needs a new visor. Both are L's.
1 pr nylon over trousers.
1 pr rain boots. Size 46-47. These have a zip with velco flap, rubber soles.
1 pr throw over saddle bags. Old and well used, large with duc tape patch work in places.
A tail seat bag that has bungee's to hook onto the bike.
1 pr new hand guards that bolt onto the bars. The right side bracket would not fit between the switch block and the master cylinder so never used.
1 sports bar frame for a venture rack frame. 25.5mm centres.
3 pr gloves, well used but ok for spares. about medium size.
Neck warmer, never used, a few balaclarva's.
I can only post 6 attachments per post so will throw the rest onto a following post.

Good news, we got in touch with awa355 and I'd like to say a big thank you to awa355 for the items he bestowed upon me, I now no longer to need to source new gloves, in fact I have 2 sets of near new ones.
The Hand guards look likely to fit and once more a big thnaqk you to awa355.
Had a brilliant night ride back to Dorkland Te Pahu road went begging but the back roads up the side of the Nile(Waikato) river are good and open.
Come on you lot awa is giving away some damn fine equipment because he's simply not got a use for it anymore, it's all great gear and I'm sure he'd just like to see it get used by other bikers.
Thanks again awa and don't be a stranger, Kb is still your home.

Recently resoled with SIDI replacements.
Better than sneakers, you might get damp feet though.
In Wellington, would prefer pick up, Cbd or Tawa.

You know the teenager riding the loud Ninja 300, the one without any good gear336702336703336702336703?
I've got a pair of old Oxtar boots, they've been repaired once already but there's still some life left in them.
Better than skate shoes
these might even still be waterproof. Size 47 (UK12/US13)
One pair of unlined summer gloves, quasimoto branded gloves, size 2XL.
I'd prefer Wellington collection over posting

I've got a pair of Rainoff waterproof overgloves that don't fit me.
They are size small (sizing info here (https://www.andystrapz.com/product/rain-off-overgloves-two-finger/rain-off-overgloves-two-finger-s))
336771 336774
The two finger gloves look really awkward, but once you've got them on they are comfortable to ride in and are very warm and waterproof.
Pick up in Rotorua, or $3 to post them anywhere within NZ.

Hi guys,
Does anyone have a pair of boots in a size us10/11? The pair of sneakers I am wearing for riding are not ideal and are falling apart, not to mention very cold :weep:
I'm a bit skint at the moment, can anyone assist with some boots?
Many thanks.

I've got an old set of youth motocross boots I no longer use - they are a Euro size 40 (US youth 7). The uppers are leather, and they have some additional plastic ankle protection. You can see what they looked like new here: https://www.foxracing.com/youth-comp-3-boots/18238.html
They have had quite a bit of use, but are in reasonable condition, except the stitching is coming apart on the tongue of one boot. The stitching coming apart was the excuse I needed to get some boots that fit properly and have more ankle support, so these ones don't get used now.
Free if you pick them up in Rotorua, or $27 if you want them posted anywhere in NZ (add $3 for rural delivery).

Anyone have any gear for a woman. My girlfriend is keen to get onto the back of the bike but not so keen to shell out for something she may not like.
Cheers.

My partner has a pink textile ladies jacket in good shape except the foam padding inside one shoulder is separating. It's certainly sufficient for being an occasional pillion. I can check the sizing tonight.

Does any one have a pair of riding gloves they want to donate to a poor student?
Any help would be greatly appreciated

does anyone want this? thought I would ask before I chuck it in the red bin. It might be fixable or repairable. When it broke I needed a vice urgently so I just rushed out and bought a replacement and this has been sitting under my bench for a couple years.

Free (pay postage or pick up)
Pinlock insert for HJC FG17 helmet (the helmet was size small, if that matters).
No longer required - helmet binned, pinlock doesn't fit current helmet.
Hamilton or central Auckland for collection.
