Trademe browses do sometimes yeild something useful. Looks like a good project for someone who loves the classic 2 smokers :laugh:

It's not an H1, that's a KH500 or at best an H1C, (in effect a KH) the H1 models dont have the 'tail piece' and were drum braked. KH's are detuned and have had frame mods done.

All 500 triples have H1F (frame) on the frame number and H1E (engine) on the engine number. so do the 250 S1F/S1E and so forth.

Still as long as the crank is sound and the bearing are OK, it would still be a nice resto project, and a wee bit of porting would give it H1 mach 3 performance.
