Mrs. Bear and I were watching Undercover Boss last night. He's about the same age as me but looked a lot older.

I turned to my dearly beloved of 35 years and asked..."I don't look that old do I?"

Well, no, but she could have let me down gently. When I expressed my shock, she then lowered her knitting, looked at me and said, "You are round and grey, you look like a Grandpa. And he looks in better condition than you do, too." :(

My Doc asked me the other day when I went for a check-up, "How's the walking exercise going?" I looked at the floor and mumbled something about the weather and being busy... :innocent:

Gym's cost money and time that I don't really have at present. I may get another treadmill though, I was doing well when I had one.

In a previous life picking peoples ages was a fairly important part of getting the job done.
Something that became obvious very early on is that somebody can be a young looking 60,or an old looking 60,,,but everybody still knows that persons 60.
It's some inbuilt subconcious skill we all have to avoid mating with the wrong people.
Try it out on some bloke,but not a woman,,,because they always lie.
Most of us will pick within 5 years either way.

BTW,if you think some woman is 30 years old,chances are more likely she will be 35,,which is also why you don't ask.
