A very well done piss take of the Lord of the Rings with Jack Black and Sarah Michelle Geller . . .

It's actually the easter egg from the extended version of the Fellowship of the Rings DVD.

If you go to the select chapters and go to the very last set of chapters and go down past the last chapter a Ring icon comes up. That's where you find it.

There's a neat one in The Two Towers - Andy Serkis' acceptance speech at the MTV Movie Awards in which his speech gets hijacked by Gollum.

Haven't got the Return of the King extended version yet but I bet it has something similar.
