http://www.wemoto.com/bikes/kawasaki/zzr_1100_zx_1100_d1-d5/93-97/picture/thermostat/ is the one you're after.
Chances are you'll find it a bit cheaper elsewhere or contact your local dealer.
Unless you're meaning the cooling fan switch.

YOu could just hard wire the fan, or put a manual switch in there.
Some of the ZZRs used the same fan switch as a Rover 216 (Honda D16 motor) so it may be worth comparing yours to a D16 one, they both run a 96 degree switch and same thread etc

Thanks. I have already hard wired the fan. Might hardwire to the ignition or a switch because the fuse I use to hold the wires together falls out sometimes. Issue is if the wires are left together they run with the bike being off and drain the battery. Hence why I need a switch or need to wire it to the ignition.
Would one out of a 250cc ZZR work?

I don't know if the 250 switch will fit.
But a fan switch isn't worth much either way

It's finding one that will fit that why I put up to $70 it seems like a hard part to find. Quick some one wreck their ZZR1100 already! :innocent:

Have a look thru here, a car one will probably be the same, you will have to do the research on it. take the part number the BnT / Brake and Transmission and they can order one in
BTW a Honda Accord 1995ish has the same temp gauge sender as a Honda RS125, so a few other things must be the same, just takes a bit of time
