Following a water cart spraying a dirt road over here in Laos for a couple of km today, I noticed that when ever a car or scooter :scooter: came towards him he would stop and turn the spray off until they had passed then start up again, this happened several times and was his usual practice.
This is a deluge type serious road wetting machine, not a toy garden sprinkler.
Then two PDR Laos soldiers in uniform, riding two up carrying guns came towards him on a scooter...he stopped, but did not turn of his spray bar. We could not stop laughing at the sight of these two spluttering drenched soldiers ages after we had passed them.:killingme
But then it was pushing 40C and 90% humidity so he may have done them a favor.
