    Water truck operator GSOH

Following a water cart spraying a dirt road over here in Laos for a couple of km today, I noticed that when ever a car or scooter came towards him he would stop and turn the spray off until they had passed then start up again, this happened several times and was his usual practice.

This is a deluge type serious road wetting machine, not a toy garden sprinkler.

Then two PDR Laos soldiers in uniform, riding two up carrying guns came towards him on a scooter...he stopped, but did not turn of his spray bar. We could not stop laughing at the sight of these two spluttering drenched soldiers ages after we had passed them.

But then it was pushing 40C and 90% humidity so he may have done them a favor.
