Hey guys,

I need your help.

I'm leaving New Zealand on 20.th of Dec until 6.th of February. I need to get in my bike somewhere for that time. As I am travelling as a backpacker, I don't have any opportunity to store it.
Do you know someone, who is trustful, and can help me with my "little" problem? Will be in Auckland on Thursday, 19.th of Dec.

I'm going to travel to the East Cape tomorrow, want to spend nearly 1 week there. If there is anybody, who wants to share the road with me, tell me.. ;) Starting in Te Puke, going to Whakatane, Opotiki.

(If it is the wrong Topic, please moved it to the right one. Thanks)

I hope someone can help me.. ;)

PS: It's a BMW R1200GS

I could store it for you, I could even keep riding the bike for you. Haha

How secure will you want the bike? Will you leave it insured? Will your insurance state it has to be in a locked garage? Would you trust akzle?

I could also make room for it in my garage. Send me a private message if you wish to discuss further

I can probably make room for it in my garage if you like. Live on the North Shore (Auckland). I wont be around from 5th Jan till the 26th of Jan but it'd be locked away with my other bikes.
Used to have a 1200GS Adventure until just recently.

Man that place is amazing. Got to have some hefty fees for the premium spots though.

Just a thought; how's he supposed to contact you if PM isn't an option?

I can send him one with my contact details (which I have done), he just cant send them because he hasn't been around long enough.

If you're still looking for a solution, I have space in my garage, also on the North Shore, only going to be away for Xmas day. My track bike lives on a battery maintainer too which I could share with your bike to keep everything healthy.

Also, I work for the Motorcycle Doctors now, so you can trust that it'll be well looked after. (If that makes any difference?) Not just any average bloke with an empty shed...

:)
