Yeah - have seen that before - very very impressive - it made me wonder if something like that was used to kill all those sheep in North Otago!

Never ever heard any outcome of that? :wait:

Nice as it obviously is...

Was anyone else waiting for him to get shot from his own drone?

Yeah ... I was amused at how often it pointed at him ..

I'm pretty sure a CGI drone won't do him any harm.

Was very odd that, still would have though there would have been spent casings if it was a drone flying around. They found none If I remember correctly.
Pissed off dope growers perhaps?

They didn't find any projectiles in the carcases either if I remember correctly but there were holes and projectile like pathways apparently!

The whole case has kinda gone to ground - even among the neighbouring cockies - some have holiday houses near us but don't see them often enough to ask!

Strangest situation ever!

Edit: I wondered if it could be paintball guns with frozen projectiles or something like that?

And if he was shot would he explode in flames like everything else... I've shot stuff and its never blown up...

On a real level - the feckin thing barely manages to stay still in the air, given which how it would cope with recoil is beyond me. I think the USA is onto a better bet but the occasional trophy hunter might go this way but its hardly sport is it...

Another shooter was doing the shooting - he just positioned the drone - someone else was doing the filming - it was a good special FX act!

The mechanism and ammunition would be pretty heavy let alone as mentioned above the recoil.

In the video you can see the drone jerk backwards with the recoil - depends on the calibre, how much powder is in each round ...

I doubt that was in Russia. No one there would shoot up an old American car.

In fact the only thing Russian is the bad accent.:bleh:

Yes he is. I've watched a few of his vids, in one he was almost killed by shrapnel.

He does a pretty good job with the Russian accent, but he's actually a yank just putting it on ( had me fooled at first ).

Solid tipped military ammo will go straight through leaving just a hole at entry and exit, casings could and likely were kept, silenced 223-308's make as little noise as a .22 so it's not improbable that someone is out there simply killing for the sake of it.

Apparently the police checked the whole area where the sheep killing took place, with metal detectors et al but found no (unexplained) traces of metal or anything!

There were no wheel or track marks of any vehicles in evidence - nobody seen in or around the area -just hundreds of dead sheep!

Then the whole thing just went quiet - nothing - nada - no reports heard since!

Some of the Google headings on this:https://www.google.co.nz/?gws_rd=ssl#q=Mystery+sheep+killings+in+North+Otag o If interested look em up!

Hell, that's huge, hundreds of dead sheep and no sign of approach or method used, scary.
Seriously I'd thought it was 10,20, maybe a few more, not hundreds.Cheers.

People just have to get used to the fact that it was aliems.

They travelled intergalactic light years to get here and ended up wondering what could they "possibly do with all this mint sauce they brought with them"...
