I don't have one for sale but have had my eye on one of these for a while now...

Or this. It seems Ebay has a few options on there.

They look nice, however other Hornet owners have had issues with anything other than stock Honda 900rr headers - I'm also trying to find something local first before going offshore.

Been looking at these for years. Exchange rate is OK

If it is just a single pipe conversion you can modify the stock headers - cut them at the 2-1 collector and have a adapter pipe bent and welded on. No issues with remapping as the header and collectors are stock (900rr are slightly different - some report a bit of a flat spot).

I have considered going this route, however it would mean I would not have a stock set up any longer. The main reason I am wanting to use the 900rr header is so that should I ever want/need to swap back to stock I can.
I do prefer the look of the stock headers to the 900rr ones though, the 900rr ones look bent and awkward; perhaps I should start looking for a Hornet header too then.

Been keeping an eye on TM etc for a stock header for ages to modify. They just don't come up - either sold before listed or the front end has munted them on impact ......
Maybe a nice custom set for a winter project.

Spoke to a guy a couple weeks back who threw one out .....:brick:
If you are looking to single pipe your Hornet I have seen them adapted with the stock headers - needs chopping at the- 4-1 point where it starts to turn up into the swingarm. Got a picture somewhere ....
Debatable 'gain' in power and the 900rr one benefits from a Power Comander and dedicated tune (more $). Weight saving of course - one can only.

Here is one done with the stock header cut and welded. Not a big job.
