If the publisher had used a smaller font they could have fitted in CROSBY.

I've got that book, just the right height for my computer monitor.

Nah - there's a genuine ISDT one in ChCh somewhere. Tom McCleary imported it to special order when he was involved with the Nzettas. Guy who wanted it was about my age so it should show up soon....
