Mint condition? Don't think that term does justice to the way you polish the INSIDES of the swing-arms until you can see the ugly bugger staring back at you, or the way you lovingly lick the rear sprocket clean of all road spooge man... it's almost sickenly maintained.

My SV wasn't that clean half way down the production line.

Still, if it means i can kick yo ass down the straights, sell away brudda....

Why? Either ther are expecting the 1100 Breva to be a massive hit or they are dropping Guzzi...

On the other hand.. They have had a lot of V11 stock just hanging around for a while..

I reckon it will be a Cafe Sport.... Then I will have to hate you... ;-)

They have a cafe sport in there next to the Nero.... 15k/175 with ohlins and LOTS a c/f
I dont think they are going to drop Guzzi as they are doing the same with the HD stuff..... and they told me that they have sold 20 Breva's already and they are still to come in, then theres the Griso on its way.... that will be HUGE my pic but it will be closer to 30k I'd think

What is it with women and colour? :spudwhat:
The vifferbabe bought her car without having even driven it ("I really like the colour!") She didn't like my VFR750 for ages because it was black (actually 'granite blue metallic' - very pretty) and therefore "boring compared to your old bike" (red/white/blue VF500). She vetoed the VFR's replacement because it was silver and "boring looking". She OKed buying the VTR because "that's nice - it's red." Strangely, she wanted me to buy a red VFR800, even though the VifFerraRi is much prettier, but I think that was because she liked the red VTec's lights (she said as much) and the nice big digital display that allowed her to look over my shoulder so she could give me a whack on the helmet if I was speeding. Not that I would do such a thing.
And she was all set to chuck the VifFerraRi aside and buy a Sprint ST because it was a pretty blue (she hated the silver one in the shop) and because she liked the silver headlight surround and undertail zorsts.

Not that I'm complaining - it's good that she's gone pro-bikes. It's just more than a bit :weird:

Speaking on behalf of dangerous I can tell you that it has a full service history done at the local dealer ever since he bought it new from there. Yes they have had problems with cam chains (don't all hondas?) but nothing on this bike. Just the usual rattle but thats the same on all hondas with cam chains. I'll let him answer the rest of the questions.

Hey there dude, never raced never wheelied and one old women owner since new :blip:

Service is as per Honda say..... been done on time etc and by a Honda red carpet shop.
It hasent been raced at Ruapuna, but i have done 2 have a go days which are no harder on the bike than a hard out road ride... in fact I reckon that a bike gets a harder time on the road than the track.

The cam chain thing is bit of a mith.... altho I have heard of them doing in the frount cam chain TENSIONER the local Honda shop has since 1997 only ever done 1... and that was an early model, the F3 (mine) has a few differances to it from the earler bikes.

I have never had any probs with this bike its bloody great as a tourer (I love to do a lot of rallys) and is great fun doing a hard out trip to Akaora.

Ohhhh..... I'll miss it mate awesome bike. :2thumbsup

NO they do NOT k14, have troubles with there cam chains.... but the system that Honda use isent the best as it does not use a rachet type system that would stop the TENSIONER from undoing... and yes this has been knowen to happen in the frount cyl..... but not as often as people think, having said that it should not happen at all.

I have knowen a VTR to shit the tensioner at 50km from new and have heard of them doing it at 70,000km.... but it is not very common. :shake:
