Stale fuel, or maybe water in the tank?
Drain completely - and I mean completely - preferably below reserve - refill and try again.

You may have to prime the carbs with fresh fuel if it is a vacuum fuel tap setup.

Most vaccum taps have On, Run and off. Run by-passes the vaccum.

Most vaccum taps have On, Run and off. Run by-passes the vaccum. On, PRIME and Reserve. You leave on prime only long enough to fill the the carb float bowls or otherwise you can get overflow issues into the sump. It's happened on a couple of my suzukis. Hondas of that era had a better overflow setup.

The five things that make an engine run are F, A,C, T, S. Fuel, Air, Compression, Timing, Spark.
As long as the battery is fully charged you can bet the only thing its missing is fuel.
People always make the mistake of opening the throttle when trying to start a Suzuki with Mikuni CV carbs.
Full choke, no throttle is the trick, maybe with a bit of aerosol brakleen, or engine start down the air cleaner.

As above, brakeclean is a good engine start. If no joy,
heres one. People love fitting car silicone leads to bike coils. Just askin. . .
Pull the plugs out, do they spark?

RF has a fuel pump, no vacuum tap. Pump is located by the top of the shock.
