Well I've finally after about 2 years succeeded in getting my position description changed to 'Network Administrator' ... ... .. . instead of IT support.
Its been a battle of restructure \ red tape \ :crybaby: ... and with it I've actually managed to get a very small pay rise.. Of course now that they think they have 'satisfied' my needs.. yeah right.. should have done it 2 years ago :argh: I've come to the realisation that being over-worked stressed and all the while trying to be 'professional' and while I have only gone for two interviews in the past 2-3 months that I will continue to watch for upcoming positions outside this company. :whocares: :calm: I think I definately need a few :drinkup: :whistle:
