Ivan, are you meaning a 1/4 turn throttle?
Fully shut to fully open is 1/4 turn of the twist grip. It is a replacement housing and twist.

StopreadingSuperHunkyRick..........and use commas and full stops like a wild and crazy guy,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,without a care ,,,,.....,,,, ;like me (take that u english language u :bash:)
No seriously ... Set up the throttle with slack, can run reduced slack BUT a stuck throttle is no fun,
A 1/4 turn..well i am 50/50 on these As wacking open the throttle isnt the way to come out of corners ...
Me i would pay more attension to the pilot /transition jetting in the carb,,,,

Im not taking the piss here dude --Wind ya idle up so she idles at 3000 rpm or so. then adjust the throttle cable to suit.
Its a bit of pissing around but what youll find is she will seem a shit load crisper coming outa slow corners.
1/4 turn throttles on a two stroke --im not so sure about --Id suggest ya need a 1/2 turn throttle from an ols motocrosser instead of the probably full turner on your bike

On your CR maybe not.
But on a GT125 bucket it shouldn't be a problem :D
