This guy doesn't get much sympathy from me.

It appears the car is going significantly faster than the bike, but who knows what the speed limit is.

Not even a fucking hand signal. Car took a while to twig there was a collision imminent but at least he tried to evade - nothing he could do at that point, though.

The way the biker was flung up in the air - Yeouch!
