The original form of crucifiction comes to mind for these two.

Take two big wooden "X"s about 20 leather straps. Wet them down with about 30mins between wetting each then wrap them around the arms and legs (5 per limb) with the ones wetted first at the wrist/ankles and moving in from there with the last ones wetted just next to the torso. As to the man and woman that did it... both should have gotten LIFE in prison with no parole. Death would be a too easy way out for them... let them suffer daily in the hands of the other inmates... let the other inmates deal there own brand of justice to them.

The parent of the baby will also need councselling... and she will never trust another human being ever again with her child... she probably will be home schooled when the child is old enough to go to school, cos of the fear that the parent is now having to deal with.

NO child should ever have to suffer what this little one went throu.
