FINN WON!!!

Just finished a 5 month long grueling legal battle and won! I can't go into details as cunt face will probably appeal but I can tell you victory is sweet. It's cost me alot of money not to mention the time and effort involved in defending my position. It was soul destroying.

I slept really well last night knowing cunt face will be having their worst weekend in their now miserable life. And just when they think this is a bad as it's going to get, we'll be putting the boot in next week for damages which we are entitled to do. When their house is put under mortgagee sale, I might buy it just to piss them off.

While legally I've won, I am very bitter that this case was even put before the court. Our politically influenced government agencies haven't got the slightest clue of the damage they are inflicting on hard working NZ'ers.

Currently involved in a legal battle myself at present so I can totally emphathise with you. Shiteloads of dosh for the lawyers and still waiting for the pricks I'm dealing with to make a final decision following a face-to-face meeting. One fails to accept any wrongdoing and basically is trying to bully me into giving up, while the other is trying to settle it amicably and move on. Here's hoping she can talk him round or it's going to get even more expensive for us and more profitable for the lawyers.

The sad part is, even when you win, you still lose so much fighting the battle.

Dont feel ashamed of your victory, but by the same token, don't gloat over others misfortunes.

Real glad to hear you won dude. Hope this relieves some stress in your life, and brings back some stability, and a sense of control.

It's nothing exciting at all however it's related to the complete inbalance of the current employment law. In saying this I did win thanks to the fine work of a fantastic lawyer and a PI. It should never have gone to court.
