Oh really, you into your fitness are ya? I'm into numerous things like that too. Currently studying fitness instructing, sports nutrition and personal training.

Yep......already a qualified Personal Trainer.....can you do squats standing on a swiss ball..ahah......or or or......1 armed chest press wih 45 kg dumbell on a swiss ball........oh have I worned you out already......:wait: oh and did I mention the 14% body fat....:zzzz: heY wake up FS...

Actually got into it as I was into Cross Country (ran for u16 Surrey) Marathon running..etc so been doing it since 11.....in me blood.......

Sorry about bleating...on the buzz today.....

Yeah yeah turn it up, I can beat the 14% BF thats for sure. Hmmmm squats standing on a swiss ball and 1 arm DB press on a swiss ball......Prime examples of Contraindicated Exercises.

Do you mountain bike, kayak, snowboard? Im more into that sort of thing.
