Avoid Lichfeild St between Manchester and Madras Sts. The police have a checkpoint and booze bus and are stopping EVERYONE. If you want to wait in line for 20+ mins feel free, but otherwise I would suggest bypassing it.

Good to see the booze bus out on the streets. More DD's they take off the road...............better for us.
