Looking for old friend

Joined KB to see if I could locate friend from the past. Looking for a New Zealand biker named Wayne (can't remember last name), lived in Los Angeles for awhile (1989-91). Tool & die maker and custom bike builder. Last I heard he had moved back to New Zealand and was building custom bikes to show. Anyone know of this guy?
