Don't know if this thread has been done before someone will say something if it has, but has anyone heard about these reverse rotating front brake rotors and do you think they will appear on future bikes or is this going to be one of these idea's that will just disapear.

they reckon it improves cornering by reducing the gyroscopic effect of rotating mass?
but i would have thought that adding all those extra cogs into the wheels would have made the unsprung weight more heavy. and besides, bike brake rotors dont weight bugger all, especially compared to the rim and tyre thats already spinning anyway???

It's an april fools I tells ya, check it out tomorrow. Unless you think putting cogs in your wheels will do something against tank slapperin' that is.

just too many moving parts and added weight don't think you would see it on a production bike and as for tank slapping, well a steering damper would be the go I don't push that hard that Im going to get into that situation. but would look cool when people see them, make a good conversation at the pub.
