Because the needle was on "E".

I can't afford my gasoline.
The prices have become obscene.
They're up 5 cents a day. Who has that kind of green?

One of those gigantic trucks, (he don't give a... darn)
But he can't drive since he maxed out his credit cards, (tough for him)
Because his mileage really sucks. (six whole miles)

Nah.....I do write poetry but I write about closer things...often I am ironing a shirt and one comes out..............but keep it quiet eh?

yeah and those bloody cops in there big V6/8's wasting our money on gas! it's not on, they should have to ride bikes, at least then they would understand a bike can both accelerate and stop quicker than a cage, which means we should be allowed to go faster as JC said we can probably pull up in 1/4 the time it takes most cages, provided you have good brakes and know how to use them
