Probs DL attachements

Been having a few issues with viewing attachements over the last week or so, anyone else struggling? They only DL about half the image then stall, could only see half of Quasi's new bike!

Also anyone else noticed a general crapping out of various things with their connections in the last week? I have been having trouble with torrents throwing error and am not alone so me thinks telecon is playing apart in this, even though I aint with telecon.
