Have you seen that movie? "Seone's Wedding" It's really funny and I'd recommend it to anyone for a watch. Anyway, this dude in the movie always tries to hook up from the net and this one instance, he ended up with a bit of a beast instead of beauty like he had imagined. Though after going through the trouble of meeting in person, he thought "It'd be rude not to", so he hooked up anyway.

I wonder if this happens in real life or the people who are not quite honest about themselves are just hopefull that once they have revealed their personalities, their appearance wont matter as much.

I do not think that complete honesty is an impossibilty depends on the person and the way they wish to live their life. I do not play the mind or bullshit games simply cause i can not be bothered trying to keep track of any lies. i have nothing to hide and nothing to regret or be ashamed off. with that comment was mostly stating those individuals who are on a dating site still in a relationship however that maybe and not being completely free to persue another said relationship.

I know magic does & can happen, the comments are mostly my own observations, although trust is something that has to be earned, optimism & open-ness of course is required, however it seems to be a general inclination these days as well, quite interesting listening to others opinions as well :D

ahh John the internet is very effective in meeting new ppl and making freinds, I have met some wonderful ppl made some absolutely great freinds,
no one likes being lonely but again that can be a state of mind..

being able to show someone that you love and appreciate them while you can, is better wishing that you had done it when you had the opportunities
