Did the Advanced/refresher course through Roadsafe in Wellington in the weekend. Found it to be a really worthwile course. After only one days training roads that felt sketchy at 40kph I'm now doing comfortably at 60kph.
The course focussed on; low speed handling, counter steering and emergency braking.
I'd fully recommend the course to anyone on their learners looking for more confidence or anyone who wants to know more about one of the three topics listed above.

If you're close to Welly go for it, its worth the money.
