Lower NI (Manwatu) KB BBQ? who's keen?

Me and some other bikey mates (some of who hang out on here a bit) are keen to have a bbq meat up thing down here as we cant make it up north.

What we are thinking is same date as the up north one ie sat 3 july.

If the weather is good the Esplanard(how u spell it guys?, you know the big park thing with bbq's and stuff) in palmerston North. Otherwise we open to sugestions for a alternitive venu.

Bring food to cook on the bbq's.. cameras to take pics of the bikes.. and also if we make it foor lunch we could go for a ride afterwords...


So what you guys 'n girls think?

Yep, I'ld prefer a different date. The day before or on a round of Vic club raceing would be good as some of us would be down there already.

Id be keen starter for a bbq and get together. But july 3 is out for me as we've got a club ride to Whangmomona. A later date would be sweet ...

Theres always this afternoon at Waterfords ... well be there bout 2 or BP Metro at 1pm.

Yup I'm in....but a later date makes sense to me too....I'm looking forward to today as well....it's been a long time since I managed to get out with others on a ride !!

Tying it in with a Manfeild date sounds like a good idea to me - we're always at Manfeild.
