For everyone who attended the workshop and put down you e-mails, you should have received this:
Good afternoon
You are receiving this email because you attended one of the See you there... Safe as! road safety workshops run during July and August 2006.
A preliminary report has now been compiled and it can be viewed and commented on by following this link to the Safe As website:
http://www.safeas.govt.nz/smf/index.php?topic=286.0
I encourage you to use the website to discuss any issues from the report. The website will be kept up to date with developments on this project.
Thank you for involvement in the project to date.
Yours sincerely
Alison

I have had a brief read, and my thoughts so far:
1. Motorcycles seem to have had a lot more attention in this plan, I would say directly related to KB presence. Good show.
2. They are still twisting speed as the major problem, then alcohol, then young drivers. This document has so much spin it's making me dizzy.
3. This will be filed to the bottom of the pile. In the lavatory. No one will actually read it, it's just for us to keep our chins up and say "our thoughts were heard!" until we're told to bend over next year.
