Waterproof oversuit

Quick question here as it relates to a piece of racing equipment.

Has anyone had experience with these? How well is the fit and more importantly how waterproof are they.

Trying to work it out, they got holes for your knee sliders ?, you would have to have the matching leathers yes??

I dont think they look to waterproof looking at the zip
