this comes from my boss.. this conversation was between a friend of his and his finance company..


true story...



Conversation with Senate Finance for my BMW at lunch time:

*telephone rings"

Senate: "hello"
Mat: "hi just wanting to advise you guys that my car under vehicle finance has been written off"
Senate: "ok have you filled out the insurance forms"
Mat: "pointless, i was being chased by the police at the time"

- silence-

Senate: "let me transfer you to karen"

*on-hold music plays"

Senate: "hello karen speaking"
Mat: "hi my car is under finance with you guys and has been written off"
Senate: "ok where is it now?"
Mat: "i dunno some tow yard in glenfield"
Senate" "ok when was the accident"
Mat: "about a month ago"
Senate: 'WHAT?"
Mat: "about a month ago"
Senate: "have insurance inspected the vehicle"
Mat: "nope, i was being chased by police, no insurance"
Seante: "WHAT?"
Mat: "yup, no insurance"
Senate: "dear god"
Mat: "I want my stereo back to"
Senate "pardon me"
Mat: "yes i purchased my stereo seperately and I would like it back"

- silence -

Mat: "hello?"
Senate: "so you crashed OUR car while running from the law and you want your stereo back?"
Mat: "yes please"

- silence -

Senate: "god i hate mondays"
Mat: "me too"
Senate: "we'll call you back"
Mat: "cya"

- ends -

Sounds like your boss has quality friends. What sort of outfit are you working for??

(I know its wises... maybe your boss should take a leaf from the company name)

it was my Bosses mate .. works for a different company..


funny thing is that 2 weeks prior to getting his BMW .. he had his new WRX stolen under insurance ...

hahahaha thats awesome, the sad thing is it's guys like this that make our intrest rates so high when trying to get a vehicle
